With VHF: 7/5/2.5/0.2W, UHF: 6/5/2.5/0.2W selectable TX power output, you’ll have an easy time reaching a repeater. The AnyTone AT-D878UVII Plus includes APRS receive and 500,000 Contacts. Additionally, the 878 can run on UHF or VHF, Digital or Analog, and operates on both DMR Tier I and II. Best of all, you only need a technician license to operate on DMR.
