1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging (including all manuals, accessories, and components).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used radios, antennas, or electronic components.
  • Software, programming cables, or digital downloads.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, modification, or tampering.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@radioopbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly:

  • Contact us immediately at support@radioopbox.com with your order number and photos.
  • We’ll provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
